I stayed for 4 days and I never had housekeeping come in once for trash, towels, or anything of that matter. I needed a refill of toilet paper because I already had a low roll and was never given one. I also did not have an entire shower curtain.

Not a bad place to stay, as the bed was comfy however the TV in the room did not work, Wifi did not work, the fitted sheet did not want to stay on the bed, the room was extremely hot (80 degrees) upon arrival and took hours to cool down.

The room was small but nice and clean. However TV would not work and no maintenence available to fix it. Supposed to have had full hot breakfast until 10:00 am but it had been put away by 8:30 am. Customers were eating cereal.

I can understand the hotel’s situation, but it would be great if they could add more staff. It seemed they had difficulty estimating the number of guests, so breakfast was insufficient, and they were also short-handed. One staff member was working hard managing both the dining area and the counter at the same time. At the end, she apologized for the shortage of food, which made me feel sorry for them.
