Hello travellers ! I welcome you to my beautiful 4BR home in the centre of Swieqi, just off St Julians with access to a private massive balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ !

This designer APT, has a large living area with a super comfy sofa and TV and a dining area where anyone can just relax and enjoy their holidays.

Also included are 4 large comfortable BR and 2 bathrooms ! With this location, amenities & size you will find nothing better in the market, perfect for any type of group.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| Apart from the large living area, our guests has also access to a super large living area and an outdoor area with pool and off course ... BBQ :))

Also included with this apartment is a large private pool for the sole use of our bests and access to a BBQ.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Also included is a dining table and a large TV !

Bedrooms| 4 Bedrooms, 2 double beds, and the other two which include 2 single beds. For over and above 8 guests we will open the sofa bed and also include linens.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to the washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Swieqi is a charming town located on Malta`s east coast, known for its quiet residential streets and convenient location. Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Swieqi, just a short walk from a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

For those looking to explore the local area, the apartment is within easy reach of some of Malta`s best beaches. St. George`s Bay, which is just a 10-minute walk away, is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Other nearby beaches include Balluta Bay and Sliema Beach, which are both just a short drive from the apartment.

For those looking for a bit of excitement, the bustling town of St. Julian`s is just a short walk from the apartment. St. Julian`s is known for its famous nightlife and entertainment scene, with a variety of bars, nightclubs, and casinos to choose from. Whether you`re looking for a quiet night out or a night of dancing and partying, St. Julian`s has something for everyone.

Getting around in Swieqi and the surrounding area is easy and convenient, with a variety of transportation options available.

One of the most popular ways to get around is by bus. Malta`s public transportation system is extensive and reliable, with buses running regularly throughout the day and night. The nearest bus stop to our apartment is just a short walk away, and from there you can easily reach many of the island`s top attractions, including Valletta, Sliema, and the Blue Lagoon.

For those looking for more flexibility, renting a car or scooter is a great option. There are several car and scooter rental companies located in the nearby towns of St. Julian`s and Sliema, and our apartment has plenty of on-street parking available for guests who choose to rent a car.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
