I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment. The place was incredibly old, very dark, and covered in dust when I arrived. It was filthy and had a musty smell throughout. The entire apartment felt damp, and the walls clearly showed signs of moisture. To make matters worse, the landlady tried to unfairly deduct money from my deposit at the end of the stay, blaming me for damages that were already present before I moved in. She charged me for these existing issues. There were also many hidden costs, and the landlady was rude and uncooperative. The location was terrible as well—no convenience store or supermarket nearby, and the closest public transport stop was a 15-minute walk away. This apartment was an absolute disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

La recherche du lieu de location a été un vrai parcours du combattant . Sur place hôte agréable mais avec l'annonce difficile de deviner que l'appartement est au sous sol de la villa sans aucune fenêtre sauf un éclairage sur un puits de lumière. Eclairage qu'il faut toujours avoir allumé quand on est dans l'appartement sans oublié que l'électricité se paye en plus comme le coût du ménage( informations non mentionnées dans l'offre; équipements intérieurs sommaire avec des appareils fonctionnant pas,ou mal. Je pense que les propriétaires en sont conscient et essaient de vous aider pour palier aux inconvénients; Formellement à déconseiller à des personnes ayant des difficultés motrices; équivalent de 3 étages à monter ou à descendre à chaque déplacement. Le lieu de location me semble imposé d'avoir une voiture, ce qui était notre cas.

abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, la nostra esperienza è stata super positiva. La proprietaria è stata accogliente, affettuosa, disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza,premurosa, veramente eccezionale! ottima la pulizia sia della casa che degli spazi esterni, zona molto tranquilla con una Vista panoramica bellissima.
