「Lovely stay! We got there late and the restaurant part of the bar downstairs was closing but our kind bed and breakfast owner asked them to wait a bit and feed us. The bar was fun and had a variety of British beers. Absolutely recommend it!」

「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」

「All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and freshly made, decent beer and a relaxed vibe. Nice rural village, and a decent room. I didn't realise when I booked that it was a bath with no shower, and being over six foot, I could not stand up in the bath and use the spray attachment because of the low-sloping roof - but I still enjoyed the stay」

「Beautiful house in the old town, historic place - but with modern comfort (new Bathroom, cozy bed ...). They did a great job restoring it! We had a tiny kitchen with fridge, tea/coffee, a sitting room and there even was a fan. We didn't get the welcome email, but we just gave them a call and everything was handled perfectly. If you have problems with stairs, you should know there are two sets, the last quite narrow, because it's an old house. We would love to stay here again - highly recommend!...

「The booking coupon was printed that there's shower for bathing room, but actually my designated room was not the case. However, I was upgraded to an en suite. Thanks be to the manager. But, the shower place was so small and the shower head was fixed on the ceiling. There's no movable shower head. It led a bad bathing experience. Anyway, the room was very clean and very comfortable.」

「We, and especially our kids, enjoyed the stay in the Nell House Cottage. Everything was very well organized. Our girls loved the animals and the location is good to have day trips to the Cotswolds, Oxford or Stonehenge.」

「Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it.」

There was plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms and everything one would expect to find in a property of this size. The outdoor games, the pool and the indoor games room were all great favourites with the children.」
