Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. 「Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Laut der Beschreibung war ein Parkplatz mit dabei, es waren zwar Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Einrichtung jedoch musste man die bezahlen, wir haben dann nach langen suchen eine Seitenstraße gefunden wo man umsonst parken kann, jedoch war dieses dann ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. 「Großzügig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet sind Küche, Bad Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ebenfalls der Flur. Balkon ist klein, haben wir aufgrund der niedrigen Temperaturen nicht genutzt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 3. Etage, mit dem Fahrstuhl sehr bequem erreichbar. Der Standort mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen in einer Richtung und zur Promenade und zum Ostseestrand zur anderen Seite und dem naheliegenden wunderschönen Park ist gut. 」

「Anlage optisch sauber, die ersten Meter im Gebäude sind etwas erschreckend, die Wohnung war gut. Die Tür zum Bad lässt sich nicht richtig schließen, sie muss abgeschlossen werden, etwas umständlich. Balkon verdreckt mit altem Vogelkot an der Brüstung, sehr klein und die Sitze zu tief,alles etwas zusammen gewürfelt.
