「A Good Hotel」

「Hotel was so-so.」

「I am SO TIRED of hoteliers who spend money on updating rooms and then buy cheap BRICK HARD mattresses. How difficult is it to comprehend that people NEED A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP? No one wants to sleep on a brick at the Taj Mahal. Sleep Inn built a name on good beds. I used to select them specifically for their beds. I have not been in a comfortable bed in ANY SLEEP INN in years. Put the money into an orthopedically sound bed (and NOT memory foam - it's terrible for the spine, too).」

「Didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but in the past when we’ve stayed here the breakfast was very good and the hot tub was nice. This trip, we were on the south side of the building and could hear the train throughout the night.」

「This is our go to location whenever we stay in the Cedar Rapids area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is top notch. Good variety for breakfast with menu changing daily. Close to dinning and the highway for ease of travel. We will be back.」

「The room that I booked was huge compared to other rooms we stayed at over the months. I realized I may have booked a handicap room but it helped with the bed being a little lower and the toilet wasn't the normal one that is low it was higher just like at home easier to get up from. The chairs were soft to sit in and the couch was great. The bed when you first walked in looked like it had lumps in it. Still a little hard for my first choice but better than the Hilton that we stayed before. ...

「The only situation we had, a communication problem with the housekeeping staff… I believed they didn’t understand when we requested service … But other than that everything was good…」
