"We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. The staff was friendly, attentive and willing to share any tips and tricks to help us during our visit. House keeping came in and everyday. "Very clean and modern rooms. Awesome views. Would be nice to have more transparent screens on the windows so we could better enjoy the view without bugs coming into the room. Comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast. The location is convenient to Grindelwald Terminal but a bit far removed from the main town and the free busses stop running at 7pm."

"The hotel was amazing right by the lake and we had the most fabulous views of the lake and mountains. The room was very spacious and the temperature was great lovely and cool when coming in from the heat of the day. Very clean and well kept. The bathroom was big with a powerful shower which we loved. Great choice of restaurants/bars within the hotel. The pool was a great experience with jacuzzi changing rooms sauna and steam room. The staff were great so friendly and helpful especially Vincent who looked after our bags when we checked in early as our room was not ready. We explored the area while waiting for our room. The hotel is in a perfect setting. We just had to walk out the back of the hotel and we were right along the walkway by Lake Geneva with the mountains in the background. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. We also had free travel within the area with the Montreaux Riviera card given to us from the hotel. We used it for the bus to the Chillon castle and in the opposite direction to visit Vevey. It was so handy and the bus stopped outside the front of the hotel. There’s plenty of shopping too in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is very convenient to everything. It was absolutely beautiful. It’s not the cheapest hotel but I think you get what you pay for. Worth it for the views alone we stayed in room 706."

"Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the Jungfrau region. Very centrally located to all of the nice hikes. The staff was awesome - very kind and helpful. The gym was amazing, buffet breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the spa and hot tub were under renovations when we stayed but we were able to obtain vouchers to use an outdoor pool nearby! Also the world cup was on during our stay and they set up a big screen outside I the courtyard and played the games! Very caring management. The only thing that could be improved is the rooms could use mini fridges. Otherwise it was great!"
