I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "
