「Very clean room」

「Cleanliness」

「Room was very clean. No shampoo or tissues in the room. The hair dryer was at the desk and had to be requested. I understand why changes have come to this.」

「The room was said to be nonsmoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. The clerk was smoking and the lobby smelled terrible. He did not greet us. Was always watching TV anytime no one was at the counter. The hotel said free breakfast as the first thing you saw on the hotel website. In actuality there was coffee and a donut only. In our hotel room the bathroom sink was almost completely clogged. The shower handle was falling off.」

「Front desk worker was very friendly and accommodating. Room is nothing fancy but good for one night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.」
