“We stayed in apartment #2 for four nights so my wife could recover from a surgery at westmead private and to catch up with relatives in Randwick. The apartment, grounds, garden and location were fantastic but: We were disappointed with management’s inability to cater to our request to understand how to adjust the air con when there was no remote control. No manual to be found regarding air con, a heavy doona on the bed but no lighter blanket so too hot or too cold at night. The water pressure in……
