The Intercontinental Double Bay is a lovely old hotel in a great part of Sydney. The rooftop bar and pool area is small but very nice on a hot day. Staff are excellent and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

Nice

The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Rooms are nice but underwhelming. The bar and breakfast service was very slow, 25 minute wait for cocktail and 30 minutes for poached eggs. Nice hotel, but for the price would rather stay in the city

Intercontinental Hotel Double Bay the best

The hotel is the best and close to everything I used valet parking and the staff were great Geena the concierge was amazing, friendly, helpful and could you please inform the hotel of my comments. Staff like her are hard to come by nowadays.

The staff and service were excellent, they were authentic and genuinely very nice and happy people. The breakfast was really good also. Room was clean, well equipped and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
