The Space:
The location of our studio is convenient to everything. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants, quirky bars and antique and retro shops. The organic fresh farmer market is held every weekend and Woolworths is close by. The train station is an easy 4 minute walk and the Sydney CBD, Opera House, Botanical Gardens and Rushcutters Bay are all within walking distance.
Our studio has just been freshly renovated and is perfect to suit; A couple, a solo traveller or an astute business person. The apartment is clean, clutter free and convenient for all your needs. The apartment is styled with class and comfort!

Please note;
-there is no parking included with the apartment, only street parking and it’s only 1 hour parking.
- there are 5 flights on stairs, this isn’t suitable for an elderly person/s or a young family as it has no lift.
Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as can be. We live 10minutes away and are happy to assist 24/7.
The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to every new visitor and has security lock door for safety. All bars and night clubs have a lock out so there will be no noise.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, laundry facilaties, and the rooftop terrace.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Immerse yourself in the food, culture and energy of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars and only 5 minutes by taxi to Sydney’s CBD. Explore nearby Woolloomooloo, the harbour, the galleries and parks that make Sydney one of the world’s most loved cities.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked, we have a 100% response rate. We are also just a phone call away :)
