Gorgeous house, gorgeous location!

We absolutely adored this house! It is incredible! The house is beautiful, the rooms are great, the bathrooms are great, the location is unbeatable. The parking spot is TINY but doable & I would have appreciated a/c units, but it was totally worth it. Love, love, love this place- would definitely stay again!

Misrepresented - Living on a building site

Whilst the property and location are good, the property next door, which is within touching distance is a live building site and has been for over 2 years. The disruption to our stay has been horrendous. The property manager was always available but could do little to help. The property owners returned for our last week and started their own project with walkway improvements directly and intrusively outside the bedroom our daughter was using. Issues include: Invasion of privacy Excessive noise all day long Constant blocking of car park access and egress, several times a day Stench of cigarette smoke from builders Stench from garden compost, dung deliveries, tonnes of the stuff Builders radio blasting all day long most days Property overrun with cockroaches Had we been informed when booking about the building site it is highly likely we would not have booked. Soundproofing is non existent in these houses and the builders were totally inconsiderate. Probably the worst rental experience we have ever had. This place should not be let out until all these issues are resolved and as an absolute minimum it should be stated in the property description. Very disappointed.
