“The property was a pleasant surprise. It was very spacious and clean inside. Big living/kitchen area and the bedrooms vspacious. The beds were really comfy and great pillows. “Arrived easy directions Dom and his wife couldn’t have been more helpful, the view from the bedroom and balcony was beautiful this morning! The accommodation was as described - many extraordinary items for guests 100/100 for this accommodation highly recommended family friendly lovely hosts xx Parking was easy at the door no parking fee!! Rare for Sydney stays the beech was a beautiful walk with a club and cafe close by (a hop and a skip) you can enjoy a meal at the club or cook your own plenty……

“Overall lovely property at a convenient location. We stayed 4 nights with our kids n dog and we enjoyed the stay. There is a separate rental attached to the house ( like a duplex). Andy was very prompt in helping out with any needs or missing staples from pantry.Kids enjoyed the games room however the air con doesn’t work in there and it did get very hot after a while.Air con in the lounge spills out water ( evaporative?) and the water bowl will need to be emptied every so often in a day. "Nature is good but manual isn’t! One bed cover was stained by moisture likely fungus of twin beds. One shower towel was red cotton on I thought was blood. They wasted her good basics! It’s poor!"

"I had a good stay at this hotel overall. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. The location is convenient, and the room was clean with nice touches like a big TV and a smart toilet (similar to the ones in Japan), which I really appreciated. A couple of things could be improved: the soundproofing wasn’t great since my room was close to a major highway, and the noise from cars was noticeable at times. Also, there were way too many pillows on the bed, which felt a bit unnecessary. The room size was fine for me as a solo traveler, but I think it would feel a bit tight for two people. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place with modern amenities. "
