The place is a older wooden building. The place was clean and tidy. My room was clean, even it's at the front of the building, it's quiet. There's no staff around but text messages are clear and easy to follow when I first arrived. Met the cleaning lady called Lee at checkout time. Lee was friendly and helpful. I let her know that I will use the guest house next time I come back.
This is my room with toilet and shower.

The property was quiet clean and felt safe. It is a share property but other guests very friendly and respectful, and Manager checked in via text message prior to arrival and departure to ensure everything was in order.

This property was excellent. The only two problems were the parking situation in the street and a chair or two in the kitchen would have been a bonus. No cooking allowed but reheating of food allowed. In so saying I did not want to eat my food in the lounge room or my bedroom.

What is this place? Awful. Dark, dingy, creepy, unsafe access. Feels like a halfway house for people on parole.

We pulled back the sheets at 10:30pm to get into bed to find wrinkly sheets and what I can only assume to be dried ejaculation stains. I have photos I wish I could post here for all to see! Do yourself a favour and pay a little more and get something you won’t regret.

The room was clean, aircon was good, kettle fine, teabags in the kitchen. I tought I had ordered a room with ensuite. Which I understand to be private bathroom. The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms, and everyone was neat and tidy so it went ok. The TV did not work. The window overlooked the neighbouring property, wall, and the workers who arrived quite early while I was having my coffee. We smiled at each other I closed the blind. So it was not very dirty but not spotless, ok for overnight in a pinch, but I like my own bathroom.

Overall disappointed with the house

Poor experience overall as I did not see anyone other than to help some other customers get their keys. It's not the most straightforward process. The place is not clean and there is nothing in facilities for cooking as this is blocked off from use. Very disappointed as I was staying over a week and would have liked to be able to make myself something.
