Room service ends very early so if you're hungry after 9.00pm, it's fortunate that there's a BP service station across the road.

Room was clean, basic, could not open my window and was not the one in picture I looked at when I selected room. Underground Car park was tight for my UTE to get around, height restrictions were fine, just had to manoeuvre around the poles. Breakfast was my highlight of my stay. Front desk service was abit slow.

Disappointing stay. Reception was not very welcoming, which was disappointing from the moment we arrived. I also couldn’t believe we were charged $36 to park at the hotel. How can you charge your own paying guests that much just to park on the premises? It felt excessive and really took away from the overall experience.

No Air Conditioner at all . Heat is running all night hard to make the room cool. Pool was a good option but the hot pool was not working . Spoken to the receptionist and told that hot pool not equipped with the heating system. Wow that's great 👍
