The carpet was not cleaned - the balcony was not cleaned upon arrival. There were spider webs, dust and dirt on both balconies. When staff were asked for water or toilet paper, they never never delivered the goods. Staff entering room, unannounced. Drink vouchers were given for the bar which said valid every day however, it was closed on Monday. Breakfast timing was ridiculous. We showed up for breakfast at 9:30am, after charging us for breakfast and paying
For our party of 5, they then announced that the kitchen was closed, and we could only eat what was available at the time.
Communication from the room to staff was horrible. Could not call or contact reception or housekeeping using the into internal phone system. No one would ever answer.
We booked a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen however, there were no cutlery or plates or enough crockery in the kitchen to accommodate us during a stay. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash the cups or tea towels to dry them.
