Located just 3.5k from the heart of Richmond, Agnes Banks maintains a rural residential character and offers a tranquil retreat. This charming, self-contained holiday haven provides the perfect peaceful getaway, allowing you to unwind far from the noise and crowds.

Sandy's Place is a perfect relaxing getaway for couples or families and ideal accommodation for Corporate and Blue-Collar Workers. Long Term and Short Term bookings are welcome

If you enjoy peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. Take an early morning stroll - then head back home for a delicious cup of coffee, a nice selection is provided. Or if your preference is tea, a nice selection of tea is also provided

Or cook up a breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen or a short distance away are great cafes offering a variety of cuisines to indulge in a delicious breakfast or lunch.

Experience the best of both worlds in Richmond! Located just 5 minutes from local shops, polo clubs, the university, and the RAAF Base, convenience is right at your doorstep. Plus, you’re perfectly positioned for a quick trip to Penrith or a scenic drive up the mountain to Katoomba’s breath taking Three Sisters lookout.

Supplies include toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap, body wash, skin lotion, face cloths and towels, bathmats, tissues and a hairdryer.

The laundry has a washing machine, washing liquid and fabric softener and a pantry with essential items and the coffee station. A dryer is available at a cost of $5 per hour or a load

'To all International and Domestic medical students'.

The Nepean Hospital located in Kingswood (near Penrith), serves as a major medical and oral training, and tertiary referral centre for the Nepean, Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and Lithgow. It is a 20 minute drive south of Agnes Banks.

We also have the Hawkesbury Hospital. It is a key training facility for nursing and medical students. It serves as a clinical site for Western Sydney University and houses the University of Notre Dame's Hawkesbury Clinical School. It is a 20 minute drive east of Agnes Banks.

I have also had students, that have had placements at Katoomba. If you don't mind a winding mountainous road for about 5 minutes and extra driving time, then my place is perfect for you. It is approx. 45 min to an hour west of Agnes Banks.

To protect yourself against cancellation, please consider travel insurance as my cancellation policy is strict, so are unable to change dates or provide refunds once bookings are confirmed.

House Rules

'Strictly No Smoking' inside Home and no illegal substances and no drunken behaviour. You will be asked to leave if any of these rules are broken.

DISCLOSURE: There is a Ucocare doorbell on the guest gate and a camera facing the street. There are NO cameras anywhere on or inside the property .

NO loud noise or parties. Quiet time on or before 10pm

To finalize your check-in, we just need a quick photo ID verification. You can easily do this via VRBO, or simply send a photo of your ID directly to me. Just a quick reminder: the person who made the reservation assumes full responsibility for all guests staying at the property and any damages or theft during the stay."
