What We Love
Newly constructed in 2023, this property has quickly garnered acclaim in the architectural and design community. Recognised for its innovative style, it has been shortlisted for both the prestigious House Award and the Australian Interior Design Award for 2024. The home comfortably accommodates six guests across three bedrooms and includes a convenient secure parking space. Nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Alexandria, located on a quiet enclave street, this residence offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and timeless elegance, making it an ideal retreat for discerning travellers.
The property’s layout is thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort and convenience. The upper floor houses the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with a full-height mirror, and a built-in dressing table. This suite also includes a separate study with a skylight, leading onto the master ensuite which boasts a curved shower, skylight, freestanding bath, and underfloor heating. On the ground floor, the second bedroom offers a king-size bed, a full-height wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and a Nobo panel heater, with an outlook to an internal courtyard. The third bedroom offers all of the modern features as the other two bedrooms with a Double size bed. The main bathroom features a stand-alone rain shower and underfloor heating.
The industrial-style kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances to cater to all your cooking needs. It features two Miele fridges, a Miele Combi oven, and a ZIP tap that provides hot, chilled, and sparkling water on demand. Additional conveniences include a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a microwave, and a warming drawer. For your laundry needs, the property is equipped with a washer and heat pump dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
