The maintenance man was very helpful and communicated well in a difficult situation whereby I nearly missed him and a room for the night. Courtyard and plantings aound the units enhanced my enjoyment of the stay. Kitchen well arranged and sufficient and sitting area good.

Convenient Bondi 3 star stay

Very good value for money; convenient location, very quiet. Bus stops just outside to Bondi Junction. Swimming pool a good thing to have. It’s really a motel , but a haven off the main road. Shops short walk.

Centrally located. Private, tucked away. Parking is a bonus and the staff are lovely. Clean, neat and tidy. All you need for a quick stay close to Bondi beach, restaurants and shops. Bakery around the corner for a morning pastry and coffee. Excellent!

It was a good stay, reasonably clean, beautiful backyard and great parking, location is in walking distance to Bondi Beach, manager was very helpful and responsive. The major disappointment - it looks better on photos than it is in reality.

Walkable to Bondi and Bronte beaches. Lots of dining options. Park your car outside your door and walk instead of having to find a car space in town (that would be impossible!)

This has become our regular place for short stays in Sydney. Yes, it's an older property but it's great value for the price - simple but comfortable, very clean, so quiet at night - and the location is excellent. You can walk to the beach in ten minutes, catch the bus to Bondi Junction literally outside the front gate, and there are loads of restaurants and cafes within a five minute walk. Friendly staff, free secure parking and a nice retro vibe thrown in too (love the palms and hibiscus and those original 1960s bathroom tiles). We enjoy it every time we stay and will return quite happily in future.

Good for short stay

Stayed for 3 nights in October. Nothing to complain about but it was very tired and old. It was clean enough but very tatty. No attention to detail, like the remote control was filthy. Good for people staying there for work. Good location, short walk to beach and bondi road for bus links into Sydney. Helpful staff. Comfy clean bed

It was certainly old but it served its purpose well and truly- (head down for a peaceful sleep). Check in was quick and cheerful and loved the secured parking for free - Bed was great, aircon was great 43deg - rooms just need updating however this will increase price I daresay. Host was friendly and welcoming - exactly the right person for the job.

This hotel is convenient to Bondi Beach shops and cafes but the property is a little run down and in need of renovation. Our room was fine, and the bed was comfortable, but the shower tiles were very grimy, as if no one had cleaned them for a long time.

Stayed 2 nights to attend a family wedding, free on-site parking was very attractive. Site is very secure, but we were not made aware at time of booking that there is a very noisy construction site next door, operating Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm, Saturday from 8am. Room was comfortable, but some lighting was not working. Hair dryer, but no shampoo or tissues.
