「The flat was clean and exactly in the right area with easy access to the centre of Sydney. There was an abundance of good restaurants in the surrounding streets and also a supermarket with-in walking distance. The bakery around the corner was fantastic. All in all a great stay. The only criticsm was that it is an older property and is split level and has a number of stairs which although not a problem for us might before the the less able.」

「The apartment was SUPER DIRTY, dishes weren’t cleaned, cookware and glasses, oven was the dirtiest I have ever seen, there was a lot of dust on the baseboards, the sockets, the power strips so dirty that they are unuseable, the bedsheets has hairs EVERYWHERE on them I had to go buy some and do the laundry, i had to clean the entire kitchen, and the owner is SO RUDE I kindly let her know about the situation and she just answered that her cleaners are the best and she checked the apartment herself...

「Centrally located in a prime area with so many amenities like restaurants, Cole's and light train stop. We enjoyed the stay. Couple of suggestions: please make a instruction booklet to let people know where things are and how to operate them. For eg: the heating top looks very intuitive, but needs some instructions ( for first time users). Also, the presence of the comforter in the closet etc, how to use your TV with passwords etc. The electric heater was a very useful amenity which we used....

"地點、服務、整潔度都很好，尤其喜歡大堂有免費生果、飲品提供，早上更有小點給客人們作早餐，這使我們加分不少，雖然住宿第二天遇上走火警，要在7樓行到地下，亦有點被嚇到了，原因是客人的失誤引致警鐘响了，算是有驚無險。 雖然遇上這種事件，但仍然覺得這酒店是性價比高的，有機會都會再入住。"
