My family and I arrived at the hotel at 5:30pm, well after check in time. The person who was at the counter told me they had no room for my party of 6. The room we were supposed to get was unexpectedly unavailable and they only had one room with 2 double beds left. As I had a party of 6 , I told her this was unacceptable. I asked for the manager who came down after about 10 minutes. She rudely told me to go sit down and wait. They checked on 2 other parties while I was waiting. After 30 minutes they finally gave us 2 different rooms. The rooms were not cleaned efficiently and smelled like mold. The breakfast area was under construction. I would not go back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sylacauga. It was a pleasant surprise. The staff was genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially with my uncertain stay schedule. They were accommodating and made the whole process easy. My king room with the sitting area was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. Everything was well-kept, and the room was quiet and inviting. Overall, it was a great value for the money. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a helpful staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

The staff is the best. We were doing the SE BDR and stayed here and they a tualy did our laundry and stayed late to make sure it was done. The room was as clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was perfect for the SE BDR. Very quiet hotel. The breakfast was delicious. They let us park our motorcycles under the covered drive way.
