The spacious, light-filled living room invites you to linger with a comfortable sleeper sofa and an elegant Mylin fireplace. From the living room, you have direct access to the west-facing terrace and the well-maintained garden. Here, you’ll find high-quality patio furniture that invites you to relax in the afternoon sun. The adjacent dining area is stylishly designed, and the open kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering.

**COMFORTABLE COOKING**
The open kitchen is modernly equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker. This allows you to prepare your favourite dishes with ease and enjoy them in a relaxed atmosphere.

**BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS**
The master bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed (180x200 cm), a TV, and a spacious closet, and features direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom also features a double bed (180x200 cm), a TV, a closet, and its own access to a modern bathroom. Both bathrooms are luxuriously designed: The first bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bidet, while the second bathroom offers a spacious shower.

In the basement, an exclusive wellness area with a sauna invites you to relax. The utility room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and large wine cabinet, provides additional amenities for a comfortable stay.
