House by the Sea App. 034Location: The "House by the Sea" is located directly on the beach in Westerland. In this house the apartment is on the 1st Floor overlooking the sea. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 34 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the living room there is a double wall bed in a wall unit. There is also a comfortable couch and a dining area in front of the window. The living room is equipped with high quality designer flooring. The kitchenette with u. a. Dishwasher and microwave are in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
