Wie man heute so sagt: "A nice place to stay." Das Haus ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet und trotz allem Komfort hat man in Summe das Gefühl in einem alten Sylter Kapitänshaus zu sein. Nur etwas Eisen über der Tür verrät, dass das Haus erst etwas über 30 Jahre alt ist. Auch die Nähe der Hauptstraße nach Hörnum ist nicht störend was den Lärm angeht. Für uns kommt es mit auf die Liste der möglichen Wiederholungsunterkünfte.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Schöner Garten und über die Wiese ein Bäcker, Lebensmittel und Getränke alles in Minuten zu erreichen. Das Beste, eine ideale Wohnung, wenn der Hund auch Ferien macht. Sehr fürsorglich, angenehme Betreuung durch das Team von König Sylt und einem sehr charmanten, hilfsbereiten Hausmeister. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.

Hausteil 07 liegt etwas nahe an teilweise stark befahrener Straße Richtung Hörnum und Bahnverladung. Freisitz/Gartenanteil ist dennoch sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt sehr gute Ausstattung (Küche, Wäsche, Mobiliar). Ortszentrum (Bahnhof, Fußgängerzone, ZOB, etc.) gut zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Strand ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß.
