The bright and tastefully furnished apartment features a cozy living area, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a modern bathroom. Our favorite spot is the covered balcony, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening after a day at the beach.

The building has an elevator, making the apartment on the 2nd floor easily accessible. For guests arriving by car, a private underground parking space is available. This allows you to park your vehicle conveniently and securely right next to the building.
