This rental was great. It was clean, luxurious, and just adorable for our 2 night stay. My guests also loved staying here! Absolutely worth the cost!

Sylvan beach

Very easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Location directly on Rt 13 and sharing a parking lot with a bar/restaurant was rather loud. Apartment was lovely.

The studio was actually very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For us we live on a very quiet side street so was an adjustment being right on a busy Main Street. However did enjoy being so close to the beach and nice restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

Perfect Spor

My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property.

So close to the beach!

We had a good time walking around town. It was close to everything. The apartment was cozy and met all of our needs except the daily news. We are "seniors" and technology comes hard to us. It would have been nice to have cable channels. Thank you for the Lily Pad and its good location.

Great Location

Very clean and the location is in the center of everything. We had a breaker blow in the kitchen, but the host was very responsive and we figured out how to reset it. Short get away

The place was very nice however it could have been explained how to get to the keypad to get into house. The TV would shut off before we were ready to go to bed. It kept saying there was no internet connection and we would put in your password but it wouldn’t come back on until morning. Very disappointed with being so close to the road. Trucks were awful. We loved how close it was to the beach.
