“The host was really nice. The location was near a lot of places, the neighborhood was not so great. The neighbors were honking their car late at night for the 2 nights we stayed. The description was misleading, we had to share the very narrow driveway with the guy staying downstairs, even though the description stated we would have the entire house to ourselves. Personally house means the entire house not just the upper level. We were woken up at 4 am to someone revving their car and doing burn……

“It was great to get back home to visit family and see how things have changed. Initially, I looked at staying at a local hotel, but came across Barbara’s listing and glad I did. The property was beautiful inside and out, private, and centrally located for our visit. Barbara was easy to communicate with and more like a neighbor than a host. I definitely will stay again should we back to visit in the future. ”

“Host was kind and responsive but house was in poor condition not as nice as pictured. There is NO KING size bed as advertised (only twin and full). It was obviously smoked in often and not clean. Some sheets were worn through and mattresses were cheap and hard. We found smoking remnants throughout the home in windowsills, closets, drawers with other personal items like an inhaler. Washer and dryer were barely working and the furnace struggled too. Some parts of the house just would not warm up.……

“This place is a nightmare waiting to happen. Buyer beware! I’m telling you now, don’t even waste your time and the headache of trying to get your money back.Because…you will be asking for your money back.This place looks NOTHING like their photos! There is NO bath linen so be sure to bring your own.Also, be prepared to clean up because the rooms are filthy. The shabby carpet is the nastiest.The host doesn’t live in the state near his property, so he doesn’t know the shape this place is in. It……

“Host was professional, kind, and responded quick. Place was clean, with comfy beds and cozy sheets, nice laundry room, keirug, and provided kcups. Added bonus is it's a very short walk to downtown Plymouth. Will look forward to renting again next time I'm in town. Thanks Bryan!”
