Excellent location (15 min walk to bus/train station) and about 10 min walk to Ortiga. Quiet, very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is at an excellent cafe across the street. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean, and I felt safe in the building, as there was always being locked at all times and security cameras, and gated entranceway. Great communication with the building manager. he was very accommodating and patient. If I had a critique, it would be towards the free breakfast. We had to walk across the street to a pastry shop. Any kind of coffee, tea, or cappuccinos was offered. There was only croissants or doughnuts. We were looking for better healthier choices, like eggs, fruit or even yogurt. I would recommend this hotel.

This was a two night stay. Loved the rooms but didn't like not having someone on site to assist with check in. Although, it was seamless communicating via WhatsApp to check into our rooms. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Syracuse. The parking is secure behind a gate and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Plus there was a bus stop a half a block away for added convenience.

Ok bed and shower, breakfast in another building, bad smell in the bathroom and no elevator, not nice outside but short walk to greek theatre and a bit longer walk to the nicer areas by the sea. No staff but quick replies to messages
