“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. “Palazzo Del Sale is a gem. Giovanni was so welcoming and friendly, as were his staff and dog Gigi. At check in we were treated to a cappuchino before Giovanni helped us with our bags up to our room. The location of the hotel is perfect for easy walking around beautiful Ortigia. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and having the patio just outside our door an added bonus.
