「位置安全措施」

「Okay so here's the deal: there is a Il Covo Hotel, Il Covo B & B, and then I am not sure what the other level would be. This is NOT clear in ANY description from Expedia. I called Expedia as we were under the impression we had booked the hotel - we were given the b & b. The rooms were supposed to be air-conditioned - the air conditioner worked sporadically- the internet worked randomly - never consistently. I called Expedia - which was a complete waste of time! 「Great location and space. It’s quiet and close to all main attractions in historic center. Beautifully and newly renovated. Helpful staff. Only thing is the shower tiles need to be cleaned properly from the mold. Otherwise no complaints.」
