“Our stay at L'Orto delle Terme was excellent. The place is beautiful, the facilities are well-organized, the room is very good, and there are several restaurants to choose from. The staff members are very attentive and helpful in resolving any issues. The electric charger in the public parking lot was broken, so the hotel provided an outlet for us to charge the car overnight. Kudos to the entire team.”

“地点很不错，在一栋旧楼的二层，房间和浴室比较小但是挺干净的。网速不错。有点儿意外的是前台基本没人，到的时候按了好久门铃都没反应，还是给店主打电话才找人过去开门，不过服务还挺热情的。早餐在附近的一家小咖啡厅，有一天早上不知道为什么没开门。。。”

“El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y se notaba que estaba bien cuidado, lo cual apreciamos mucho. La habitación era un poco pequeña y las instalaciones se sentían algo antiguas, pero todo se encontraba en buenas condiciones. El principal punto a considerar es el acceso, ya que llegar con equipaje puede ser complicado. Si viajas con maletas grandes, recomendaría tomarlo en cuenta y, de ser posible, viajar ligero. En general, fue una estancia correcta, especialmente valorando la limpieza y el……

“Es un buen lugar para llegar por pocos dias, está bien ubicado, limpio, el desayuno sencillo y suficiente para comenzar el dia. La señora Katia es muy amable y agradable.”

“I think this place is pretty new. The pros are, rooms were clean, pillows were comfortable, shower was spacious, AC worked well, location was great. The cons were there was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, a bottle of hand soap not in the bathroom was the only toiletry, the staff took a while to arrive at the check in counter during check in time, you could hear everything from basically every point in this building (i’m talking children screaming, people at the check in counter……

“I was in the Abatellis room. Loved the high ceiling, large bed & bathroom, and 3 windows including a terrace. The room was maintained welled and spot clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided at a local Bar one block away. Was able to enjoy Granitas at Summer day. Overall an wonderful experience!”
