「We had so many problems with this hotel. If you are from the UK you will know Premier Inn hotels are grubby and dirty, usually reasonably cheap and this place is worse, yet charges over £200 a night. It's about 15 minutes walk to the train station, enough that it's a bit of a pain with luggage to be honest, the trains to the airport are from 14 euros each person each way. 「酒店有電梯，只能同時坐两個人，環境安靜舒適，我們住的是4樓套房，在吃早餐那一層，裝修較新，廁所干淨漂亮，酒店附近的地鐵站壞了要從中央火車站走12分鐘，拖著行李比較難走，因為有很多石頭路。接待台十分有禮貌，還幫我們預訂到機場的車，十分有善，值得滿分好評，下次再來也會住這間酒店。」

「Covo ll was a great experience. The room was verly clean. I didnt really see anyone other then when i checked in. But our room and bed was always reset by time we got back from our travels. 2 things that made me leave a 4 for amenities, 1. Wifi password. It was never provided and by time we got back to the room nobody was in the office to ask, it was usually around 8 pm though. 2. The ac did not work. Looked like the knob to work it was missing. 「Room was very nice and modern. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It was safe and quiet. Although we didn't use, there was parking inside the property, a very nice feature! Only suggestions I have are minor things that make life easier - towel racks, any kind of shelf in the shower, some kitchen basics like plates and silverware and a microwave for those excellent Roman restaurant leftovers. 」

「The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!」
