“Our stay at this hotel was frustrating. The listing did not make it clear that an “External” room meant the bathroom was a SHARED single bathroom located on a different floor from the unit. While the staff was friendly and agreed to treat it as a private bathroom for an additional 10€ per night, the bathroom still remained unlocked and accessible to others. The room itself had extremely thin walls, and we could hear everything from the neighboring unit’s bathroom. The towel set was worn out,……

“Amazing location, perfect Tuscan views from the property. Short drive to several medieval cities/towns. Restaurant at nearby sister property was excellent, just a short walk with similar views. The pool was great, the included breakfast and all amenities (appertiv and wine in arrival, honor fridge and bar) in particular. The staff were amazing, many nearby wineries for tastings. “Luca is very friendly and helpful. He recommended some restaurants and places with map. The room is beautiful, clean, good light from window and spaceful. There are a table and chairs in room but we also can open 2 29" luggages and move. The air condition is very well in summer time. No fridge in the room. The breakfast is basic but enough. I recommend the hotel to stay.”

The view from the terrace is the ultimate Tuscan view. Our room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food was excellent and the wines are as well. I cannot recommend this property highly enough to do it justice.”
