Hotel Delle Nazioni
Staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Didn’t really talk to anyone else. Room was pretty loud even with window upgrades. Couldn’t cool off room so had the windows open when we could.

Hotel Albani Firenze
Excellent location, convenient for all the main tourist sites. Room was very clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast had great selection. All the staff very friendly and helpful.
