“Good place to stay everything Close”

“🙌”

“Great location and room really nice!! Would stay here again”

“Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!”

“Great location and excellent support for off-hour check-in. The lift is a plus!”

“Amazing stay …Thankyou”

“Great location, loved the room, and the staff were great - friendly and very helpful. We will book here again when we travel to Florence.”

“The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!”

“Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room unfortunately didn’t have a window which felt a little strange, and the walk up several flights of stairs was a good workout. However, you step right out to a great local area for shopping and the staff was very attentive to anything we needed.”
