Surprised by the spacious and modern room in such an old city. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We had to be up and out early both days we were there so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the breakfast that opened when the staff came in at 7:30, but popped in one morning and it all looked great.

The hotel was soo cool. This particular room and bathroom was really nice, big and clean. The decoration was super cute. The hotel was walkable and really close to the train station. It felt very safe.

I am truly delighted and grateful to have stayed at this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station and approximately 10-15 minutes from both the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The staff at the lobby are exceptionally kind and helpful, especially Ana, who made sure every morning that breakfast was perfect. The only small suggestion I would make is to take a look at the Wi-Fi, as it can occasionally be slow and makes it difficult to work while staying at the hotel. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel. Without a doubt, it has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe.

The staff were wonderful and helpful, especially Nigel and Anna. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast room was small but there was always enough pastries, fruit, etc. for everyone. The location, right near the train station, was great for sight seeing and being close to all.

The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are as described. Very close to the train station. We were in room 101 and whatever was above us was so loud and distracting from 9pm-12pm and then again early in the morning. Sleep quality was very poor. Everything else about the hotel was ok, but if you’re looking for sleep, not the greatest.

We had an amazing stay at Eco Urban B&B The location was an easy 5-10min walk from the train station and upon arrival we were greeted by Anna who helped us with our bags and answered all our questions. Anna was great she even helped us make restaurant reservations! The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was well stocked and a big shower. The beds were firm and the AC worked great. We didn’t eat breakfast there but the kitchen looked spotless and the outside terrace was very nice. The location of the hotel is right next to the train station and a 20min walk to all major attractions. It might feel longer since you are navigating thru the crowds. There are lots of great restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eco Urban B&B in Florence. It’s out of the crazy busy area but only a short walking distance to main areas. It’s conveniently located very close to the train station as well. The staff who greeted us were super friendly, and we always came back to a very clean and fresh smelling room, which was nice after a long day of sightseeing and walking around the city. We picked this specific hotel because it had air conditioning and it was very spacious. We were able to fit four suitcases and open the with room to spare, which is very difficult to find in Europe. The high ceilings are a nice touch too! I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again when in Florence!
