Alex, Alessia, Vera? And the rest of the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and a good way to start the day. The shower and tub were relaxing and the air conditioner worked very well. I would make sure you get an interior room. The rooms facing the street are way too noisy due to the 24 hour McDonalds below. I don’t know if I would stay here again but it is very convenient if you are making Firenze a base to explore other areas as well.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from station Santa Maria novella, 24 hours McDonald downstairs and easy access to everywhere in the city by walking distance. Nice friendly staff as well

We were welcomed with a smile and it only got better from there. The location is great, so close to the station but with shutters to keep out the noise at night, the rooms are so beautiful and cleaned daily. Our favourite stay on our trip so far.

Nice room, super convenient to the station

Great room, big bed, lovely spacious bathroom! Right across the station and super convenient. No frills service and you buzz yourself in with a code afterhours but it was fine. Nice breakfast. Good value.
