It was a nice experience staying at this Residence; it is at walking distance to many places like the train station, churches, restaurants (a lot) and monuments. The room was nice and clean, cute saloon for breakfast with many options and very friendly staff. We would definitely recommend Residenza La Fonticine if you're coming to Florence.

The place is near the train station and has alot of restaurant to eat from. The only thing that i can complain in my room is that the air conditioning is not working well as thats why at night it feels a little too hot. But the rest are ok even though its a little bit cramped.

Nice place to live, and the air conditioning was very helpful with how hot it has been. The showering system is very conveniently set up and not too small/ not too large. It was a very quaint and convenient hotel room and the customer service was very kind.

Stayed 3 nights in this residence. Limited front desk timing (09:00 to 18:00). Sometimes till 17:00 with the remaining time covered by an italophone housemaid. The breakfast is terrible and includes very very basic food (No eggs, No milk, 1 type of cheese and ham, 2 choices of Powdered mix juice, Bread and croissant seem old and not fresh, No salt and Pepper....etc). What annoyed me is that the check out is set at 10:30 Am. I never checked out at a hotel or residence that early. I was in a Superior room allegedly claimed to have an area of 237 sq ft. In fact, I doubt it much as the room was too small. In my opinion, it should not exceed 183 sq ft. The residence has no outdoor large sign to refer guests to the place. The place is 15 minutes walk to the train station and sightseeing bus stop which I highly recommend to book a ride for 1 day to explore Florence landmarks. 10 min walk to Basilica Santa Maria and many restaurants nearby. My experience in this place is bad and disappointing. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, the duomo, the market and many places to eat and drink. Check in and check out was smooth, even though we arrived after reception hours. No frills, but it was a comfortable stay for two nights for us.

Localização

Super bem localizado podendo fazer todos os pontos turísticos a pé, quarto com tamanho razoável, café da manhã gostoso, mas simples. Staff atencioso. Checkin tardio possível de fazer pelo WhatsApp, mas não fazem checkout após às 10:30. Malas podem ficar guardadas no hotel para pegar posteriormente. Fácil acesso de carro, não é zona ZTL. Estacionamento próximo, mas o valor da diária no parquímetro do mercado central é bem superior ao valor informado.
