That was MY SITUATION and they TOOK MY MONEY and never ANSWERED. I am an INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER and CANT WAIT to be back to Italy , a country that I visit VERY OFTEN, to stop by the hotel to see if they are capable of giving me AN IN PERSON EXPLANATION WITH DETAILS OF WHY THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK AND DID NOT RESPECT THE MEDICAL PAPER THAT I SUBMITTED. As simple as that THEY ARE THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. Please, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM. "

"The location is excellent but lots of steps to get to the hotel were not clearly mentioned. Also, the front of the property facing the church was under construction so we had a balcony but couldn’t use it. "

"Although the location was perfect it was very noisy. The bed was really hard. Room was next to kitchen so noisy in the morning. Room 107 wouldn’t recommend if you want peace and are a light sleeper. Overall very friendly staff. "
