"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At check in the staff for so friendly and helpful. During the whole stay, all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building with oodles of character, which works perfectly for a holiday in Positano. The breakfast each day was simple and classic, very tasty, and the service was first class. The hotel restaurant was also one of the best meals which we experienced during our week in Positano."

"Hotel Puppetto was amazing! We would 100% stay here again. The view from our room/balcony was incredible. Super close to Fornillo beach. Bathroom and room were modern and clean. We had room service come each day and tidy the room and provide fresh towels. We had lunch at the restaurant which was delicious- however on the pricer side due to location. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The porters took our luggage to the top where our driver was to which we paid a small tip. There are steps that are required to get down to the hotel, which aren’t for everyone. There was a path without steps to get to the main beach and town which was super easy to navigate. However everything else was up lots of stairs (Positano style) "

"Clean and the staff is SO accommodating. Great restaurant on premises. Live music on Sunday. DJ Thursday. Food was excellent. Every staff is so happy. Breakfast included. Pool area beautiful. View of the church. You hear the church bells. View from balcony you can sit on is amazing. Bed is big and comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Concetta the concierge is wonderful and helpful. Leonardo is great and funny and welcoming. Close to everything restaurants. Port. Shops. Bars. "

Bus stop right at top or front desk could call a cab Shops right at bus stop drop off Ate in restaurant delicious and super service . Patio at night to sit out and look at beautiful lights surrounding area amazing!!! Great bar service too!"
