I could not recommend Florida Residence more!
The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. They arranged a pickup from the airport for us and made my boyfriend and I both feel very comfortable and at home!
The apartment style room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and had everything we could need.
The location is perfect for not being too busy but still great and close to beaches, restaurants and shops.
I 100% would recommend Florida Residence to stay in Positano!!

Staff was friendly and helpful, amazing view from our room. Only issue was tiny ants on deck and some came into our unit. The location of this place was far from the port, do not take the stairs, walk up the winding road as it is easier.

Our stay at florida residence was great, though there is room for improvement.
Pros:
-location was convenenient for us
- breakfast was plentiful
- we had a massive balcony with a great view of the city
- it is elevated, so a climb to get there but away from the crowds
- the staff were all very friendly
Cons:
- The rooms were clean, however our shower was very moldy.
- The rooms are very pieced together with random ikea furniture with a very hard bed.
- The walls are very thin so we could hear everything is other rooms all ngiht long.
- The pool didnt look very clean and the cushions on the rooftop patio were quite stained.

Wonderful Hotel Stay
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out.
The location was also excellent, making it easy and convenient to enjoy the surrounding area. Most importantly, the service was exceptional—every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
