“The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“Location is quite good, just 5 minutes walk from San Marco. It is between the piers of San Marco and the famous bridge. It may be difficult to find at the first time since it is not on a main street. Better use Google map to help you. The room is rather small, but very classic and nicely decorated. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is no elevator since it is an old building. Breakfast is excellent and is served in your room.”

“We loved our stay. The people who hosted us were so kind and accommodating. It’s a little hard to find, as things are in Venice, but everything was lovely. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!”

“I assumed this room would function like a hotel but we quickly realized it's basically an Airbnb. That was unfortunate but not terrible. The Pink Room in particular is in a great location relative to the other apartments. The outdoor patio is essentially it's front yard, which makes the place feel much more private. Unfortunately that patio is infested with mosquitos, or at least when we were there. We literally had to run through the beautiful patio to get to the front door, and try our……
