“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”

“Location is quite good, just 5 minutes walk from San Marco. It is between the piers of San Marco and the famous bridge. It may be difficult to find at the first time since it is not on a main street. Better use Google map to help you. The room is rather small, but very classic and nicely decorated. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is no elevator since it is an old building. Breakfast is excellent and is served in your room.”

“The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. ”
