"Hotel Monte Carlo staff went above and beyond . They were gracious , informative , and made sure every need was taken care of . We loved our apartment with a beautiful view of the canal and gondolas . They were great about arranging us transportation both from the airport and also to the port in Chioggia. Again, couldn’t be happier with our experience ."

"Staff very friendly. The only positive. Wasn’t concerned initially due to good ratings but room was in a dire state. Numerous cracks/peeling paint, loose power sockets, chip in the sink with cracked porcelain, not particularly clean, curtains did not cover the whole window. Avoid at all costs "

"The property was centrally located by the Rialto bridge which both good and bad. Good location but bad location as it was very crowded and busy. Evening and early morning was still loud. Pillows were hard and no coffee in the room. We had a mosquito in our room and were biten. Breakfast was included and was good. Do do not get a water taxi from the guys in from. Go to the left as you go out and ask for. Overall, nice."
