I chose this accomodation as I was on my own with my daughter on a late flight into venice & this was the closest to the alilaguna boat (literally 2mins away) stop, worked perfectly as we were on the last crossing. Room was large & functional, great aircon for super hot weather. Fab. Communication via whats app. There is a kettle, safe, hairdryer. Take your own coffee/teabags though. There is also a small communal kitchentte area with filter water...
