“The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was a smaller room but that’s what you’d expect in Venice. The location was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice. The staff were great and very welcoming. One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax. Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!”

“We loved our room. It was definitely giving Beauty and the Beast vibes and I'm so here for it. We had several delays and we missed our check in time, but they were super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp! They even sent a video so you couldn't mess it up! We loved the location, but know staying in Venice also requires a lot of walking anyways! It felt very safe, the bathroom was modern and water was always hot. I'm sure the video said this, but it's a key lock and you need to use the key……

“The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”
