“Very comfortable beds, and clean room with good water pressure in the shower. Extremely welcoming and courteous staff—Giovanni was at the property every day to answer our questions and was genuinely friendly and helpful. The only slight downside for our stay was a very noisy family with a baby in the room above ours—the sound really travels in this building, just like most older buildings in Venice—however this wasn’t a big issue for us and was not the fault of the hotel. “The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“The location is good, the rooms are clean, the responsive hosts. What was disappointing is shared bathroom which was misleading from the booking experience making me believe that it was part of the room. The room was actually one of the rooms in a flat sharing the bathroom with 6+ guests… the isolation was not great, we could literally hear people speak in the next room. And the pictures on the expedia website are not all about the property, so misleading as well. ”
