The owner is very kind and welcoming, though communication and check-in require a bit of patience as he manages everything personally and may not always be online. “Location is quite good, just 5 minutes walk from San Marco. It is between the piers of San Marco and the famous bridge. It may be difficult to find at the first time since it is not on a main street. Better use Google map to help you. The room is rather small, but very classic and nicely decorated. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is no elevator since it is an old building. Breakfast is excellent and is served in your room.”

“Easy walk to San Marco and San Polo. Very simple breakfast. Sometimes you can heard people chat outside of building at night.”

“Es un pequeño hotel mas que bonito ,10 min de la plaza caminando pero con la tranquilidad de alejarte de las masas , con una parada a 3 minutos del vaporetto , con llegada autónoma , con restaurantes a una cuadra en una calle hermosa y muy tranquila , es mucho más lindo que lo que ves en las fotos . ”

“Loved the asethetics of this apartment and especially that we had a canal view with a balcony. The 2 rooms were large and nicely appointed and the location was great. Check in via Valentina and Fabio was wonderful and smooth”
