“The staff was amazing and was able to provide a small refrigerator for us without additional charge. The rooms and shower were very small. Water pressure was on a weak side. Location of the place was very convenient. It was very secure with multiple gates and strong doors. I was expecting something more for around $450 per night but at the end of the day we just used it to sleep. ”

“The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“We had a terrible stay at Ca Rosa. The room is advertised as 'Luxury twin room' but there is nothing luxurious about it. 2 beds in a bare room. No night lights or anything, just the bright ceiling light. However, as we only planned to sleep there and spend our days in Venice, the bedroom wasn't as issue. The bathroom was the big issue though. A big hole in the sink was 'repaired' with a blob of glue which has a lot of mold in and under it. There was also mold on the ceiling, on the shower……

“Very comfortable beds, and clean room with good water pressure in the shower. Extremely welcoming and courteous staff—Giovanni was at the property every day to answer our questions and was genuinely friendly and helpful. The only slight downside for our stay was a very noisy family with a baby in the room above ours—the sound really travels in this building, just like most older buildings in Venice—however this wasn’t a big issue for us and was not the fault of the hotel. “Great host and B&B. Great location, great room and breakfast, but be prepared to climb 4 long flights of stairs with luggage.”

“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”
