The location is very convenient if you need to leave on a cruise vacation with Tronchetto being very close by! Note if you aren’t able to climb stairs especially to the second floor (which is more than two flights of stairs than you may find it difficult. The room was clean but very minimalistic, no TV by the way.

This property is a great choice for a stay. Close to the bus, ferry, rail and a parking garage as well. The accommodations were good and the staff was good as well. They use old school keys and want you to turn them in whenever you leave the property. The breakfast was a good addition yo the stay.

Great location near to the shuttle buses and some water taxi stops. Staff were helpful, room was basic but clean. Shower worked well - no issues with it running cold like I’ve had in other hotels! Continental breakfast buffet was simple but plenty to choose from. Would stay there again if I went back to Venice.
