“Absolute Perfection in Venice. They Truly Care About Their Guests! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Hotel de Alboro is a gem. I cried when I left because it felt like leaving family. I’m not sure why it’s only 3 stars; it’s perfect in every way. My husband already says this is where we’ll stay when we go back. Location is perfect: just 30 meters from Sant Angelo port, so easy after a long trip. It’s right in the heart of everything, but our room had a quiet canal view and lovely……

“Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. ”

“Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”

“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”
