“Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. ”

“Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.”

“I enjoyed the self check in process, very quick and easy. We held onto the key our entire stay and it felt very safe there. While the self check in limits staff exposure, we still stayed in contact with the hotel through out our stay and ran into staff every morning on our way out, he was very friendly and helpful! Room was perfect as a couple, and the bathroom was lovely! Quiet neighborhood as well with charming restaurants and cafes near by.”

“Comfortable and well appointed apartment in Dorsoduro area. You can walk to the Accademia bridge or Vaporetto stop in under 10 mins and there are a couple of convenient supermarkets nearby. The only issue was controlling the a/c which made the bedroom too cold despitenour best efforts.”
