"Really enjoyed our stay here in Venice. A water taxi is needed to visit the heart of Venice, which we preferred to stay outside of the busy city center. Transportation is very easy to access & close from hotel to visit the city center. It has fantastic amenities such as bars & restaurants with great views of the water. Lovely staff!"

"The view is such a Venice dream. The room was so cute and vintage looking and had everything we needed. The hotel was conveniently located and allowed us to get where we needed to go quickly for our excursions. Breakfast was alright not a big selection and had to walk a little ways to a different hotel for it."

"Very centrally located, easy to get to by vaporetto, and easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions such as the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well kept, and breakfast was included. Be aware there are no elevators in the building so we needed to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs which was ok for us but may not suit everyone. The staff were always very welcoming and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if ever we return to Venice!"

"Very near to academia bridge. Walking distance to St Marcos. Very good staff and good breakfast. Our room was spacious but toilet/bathroom was cramped but well functional. I guess I should not expect any better accommodation in Venice. Approach lane is very narrow, but ok. AC is little weak in the room when outside temp is 94 degrees. No fan in the room, need to give some time to cool. No elevator for people, however a ver small 3 ft by 3 ft elevator used for luggage. Our room was on 2nd floor, the front desk was in 3rd floor. The lady at front desk- Octavia was very helpful. I will recommend this hotel."
