"The Hotel is located in a great spot . Close to all . Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, helped with dining recommendations and transfers to and from . Transfers were efficient and reasonably price. Hotel was clean . Breakfast was only 10 euro per person and was amazing. Great stay would definitely recommend this hotel ."

"Amazing hotel / apartment. Super modern and clean. Service was thorough and professional. Amazing amenities. Communication with the property was easy. Very reasonable prices (although we did stay on a Sun & Mon night). Super spacious for a family of four - 2br, 2bath, plus common area + kitchen. It was super hot in late June/early July , but it was so nice to have 3 ac units. It had a ton of thoughtful little amenities - dishwashing liquid + sponge, tissue boxes, a washing machine, cold water in fridge, an ice cube tray, and heated drying racks. Even skylights have 2 control panels (to control skylight shade and window opening). Cannot recommend this place enough. The one drawback is that you are pretty far from the center of Venice - be ready to walk 10-15min to major attractions. But you are a short walk to Piazzale Roma (where we parked), and the neighborhood is very quiet (almost no tourists). We really got a feel for calm, authentic Venice life."

"They sent us to a room overlooking San Marco plaza and with a spectacular view of the Basilica. Breakfast was a real mess time. All guests were trying to get something and all the set up was installed in a small room and the options were limited. Air conditioning was okay in the bedroom. However, in the hall and stairs it wasn’t and that made it hardest by the time you arrived at your bedroom you were all sweaty."
