「The place is very convenient and quiet. You can easily walk to anywhere in Venice. The owner is so hospitality. 」

「Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. 「We appreciate much the assistance from the reception when we check in. BTW, the hotel is close to Ponte di Rialto instead of Piazza San Marco though it lies in between, we alight wrongly in San Marco and have to lift luggage up and down from stairs, a really big mistake but thanks to the hotel staff and they help us get the luggage to check-in. Hotel is only 2min. straight walk from Rialto in fact. Hotel room condition is OK though relatively small for 3 persons; breakfast, wifi are both good.」

「Amazing stay in this hotel. Ideally placed so it's just a 10 minute slow stroll to St Marks Square and the Rialto. It sits behind another square that is home to cafes and restaurants. The service was exceptional. The owner offered us a free bottle of bubbly to be enjoyed on the rooftop of his neighbouring hotel. Breakfast was served outside on the patio. All I can say is, if staying in Venice you can't go wrong here. 」

「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...

「Near the pier, just 5 min walk, and the hotel facility is new and room is big, staff is friendly and helpful to tell me the way to those attractions. Highly recommended」
