Hotel was in a great location, central but tucked away on a quiet lane. Easy to walk in every direction. Room was on the 4th floor, so lots of steps, but we got lucky that our room had a good view. The only negative for us was the beds and pillows not being the most comfortable, but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff are friendly. I would stay here again.

The location and assistance from staff was first class. We had to share a bathroom which was managed well. One reading lamp did not work, and the wardrobe could not be opened because of a defective/previously damaged key/lock. This was reported. It was noted and we were thanked for doing so. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice.
