The hotel is in an excellent location for airport water bus and the water bus to train station. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are a good size with nice décor. Location is great for San Marco and exploring. Breakfast is very good and the bar has a lovely atmosphere. Can highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located about a 1 minute walk from one of the waterbus stops which makes it very convenient when carrying big suitcases.
The hotel/room cleanliness and staff were polite and professional especially those who assisted with the bags.
It is very central to shopping areas and restaurants.
