“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“The hotel is near the train station with easy access to restaurants and transportation. We have a pleasant 2-day stay in this nice hotel.”

“Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.”

“I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows. When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. However, the actual room I was given had no accessible balcony at all. I was extremely……

“Helpful staff, convenient location near Piazzale Roma The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location near Piazzale Roma is convenient and easy to find. The AC works well, and it's quiet on days without events. On the downside, the garden can get busy with social activities. The room is small—fine for two petite travelers, but larger guests may find it cramped. The bathroom has wet/dry separation, though the shower pressure is weak.”

“Excellent hotel, recently renovated and conveniently located. Loved it. Would stay again. Highly recommended”
