“Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by.”

“A Room next to Kitchen.
This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision.
Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade.
When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see……
