Our only challenge was that the shower was set up such that you couldn't help but get water all over the bathroom floor each time someone used it. "Still good location even though you will need to take the vaporetto (boat bus) or people mover (tram) to get to venice centre. No restaurant around the area and decent mercato, so if you like having snacks or drinks. Please buy them at the city centre and take them in to your room. The hotel offers somes snack but very limited choices. "
