If there were an option to give 10 stars, I would absolutely give this place ten! It has been, by far, the best place I’ve stayed during my trip through France and Italy so far. The hosts Claudio and his wife were also great and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into making this place welcoming for guests. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely come back again!

Absolutely wonderful! Host and Histess were amazing. Great location. Located on one of the main canals and there was a public water taxi station right outside the property. Very convenient! Close to train station. Overall wonderful stay! For English speaking visitors, this is one of the only places we stayed that had a tv set up for streaming services.

The view outside our window is amazing. Very clean and beds were very comfortable compared to other hotels my family has stayed in. The location is far where it’s not crowded and rushed. But close enough to get to all the major sites. Three ferry stations less than 10 minutes away. The owner and staff all very friendly and knowledgeable. Would come back again in future

Would highly recommend. 10 min walk from train station. Spacious room for a family of 4, pretty canal view. Was able to checkin by 11 am and property accommodated my luggage after checkout. Local food on the same street was excellent. Overall great experience.

This was our third time staying in Venezia Friends Canal View. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Best area to stay in Venezia closer to the locals and within walking distance to tourists spots. Jennifer and Claudio the best hosts !

Warm and attentive hosts, super clean rooms, top notch view, perfect location - quiet, easy transit, great food. The San Marco room offered two twin beds and a queen so we all got great sleep. These buildings are older but this one is beautifully maintained. There's always a bit of noise to be expected in these spots but that has nothing to do with the hotel, more the nature of the city and age of the building. Consider ear plugs but otherwise, it's perfect. We were do happy with the experience and the value. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! Checking in before we left the US alleviated a ton of stress! Super easy to get in! Beautiful canal view and good restaurants a few paces from the hotel. Easy direct walk to the train station. Very clean. Excellent water pressure. Water was super hot. Bed was very comfortable. Will gladly stay there again!

Right on the canal. Close to some great food options. East walk to shops. Close to the airport ferry. One note: since it is close to the ferry station, there is boat noise, at least on the ground floor. But its to be expected. Would highly recommend and definitely go back!

Wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning inside, the spiral staircase is truly a work of art. Our room was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. We never heard any other guests, but we do know there was people there…so very quiet! It’s a prime location for the water bus Tre Archi stop (maybe 20 steps to the front door). It was great not having to haul our luggage through the confusion streets of Venice! Tre Archi takes you right to Venezia Santa Lucia train station for easy arrival and departure from Venice. We stayed two nights and are truly in awe of how incredible Venice is. Our canal view room at this incredible hotel made our trip perfect!

The property was lovely and conveniently placed across from Tre Archi boat stop which had airport water ferry and normal vaporetto to get you round the island although only 20 mins from the train station and about the same to Rialto bridge. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and not quite as crazy busy as around the main tourist areas of Rialto and st marks square. The apartment itself was roomy, light and airy with great views. Plenty of space, comfy beds and aircon and disposable slippers and a lovely magnet gift. Reception had complimentary coffee and a little fridge with cold drinks and a honesty policy, settling what you had at end of stay. For us one of the single beds was very squeaky and needed tightening or oiling (not good for the sleeper who fidgets), the hot water didn’t stay long so we had to wait a bit between showers (2 adult and 2 teens) and the was quite a lot of noise from the very loud occupants next door (so maybe walls are quite thin) which made falling asleep difficult on our first night. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with earplugs.
